Present Continuous and Simple Present (I am doing and I do)
A. Present Continuous (I am doing)
We use the present continuous for something that is happening at or around the time of speaking. The action is not finished.
I AM DOING
B. I ALWAYS DO and I'M ALWAYS DOING
Usually we say "I always do something" (= I do it every time)
You're always -ing = means that you do something very often, more often that the speaker thinks is normal or reasonable.
Example:
1. I always go to work by car.
2. I'm always losing things.
3. You're always watching TV. You should do something more active.
4. John is never satisfied. He's always complaining.
